EUCALYPTUS PIPERITA// Eucalyptus dives ct piperitone
Rich Eucalyptus or Menthol Eucalyptus with the piperitone chemotype
Mentholated eucalyptus contains a molecule called piperitone, which is unusual among other eucalyptus species, and its aroma is reminiscent of mint. It shares the therapeutic properties of eucalyptus, but has its own unique characteristics that should be considered when choosing mentholated eucalyptus essential oil. Although it has a gentler effect on the respiratory tract, it is recommended to use it in short courses and with restrictions.
The oil's effects on the body: it has strong antiseptic, expectorant (more effective for wet coughs), and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used to ease breathing during colds, runny noses, coughs, and sore throats. It is a lipolytic and a liver and kidney cleanser. It has antibacterial properties and is effective in treating ENT diseases (sinusitis, otitis). It has antiviral properties, combating a wide range of bacteria and viruses. It has analgesic, antispasmodic, antipyretic, and diaphoretic properties (for fevers). It stimulates tissue regeneration and reduces swelling.
The oil's emotional effects: improves concentration and relieves mental stress.
In perfumery: Top notes. Pairs well with other citrus essences (lime, lemon), as well as with essential oils of cajeput, leuzea, lemongrass, niaouli, fir, thyme, clary sage, hyssop, geranium, lavender, rosemary, Roman chamomile, juniper, cedar, myrrh, and myrtle.
Important: Do not use for long periods of time without the advice of an aromatherapist. Do not exceed the recommended dose!
