The aroma of this oil is swift, like a leap upward, like a breakthrough in life.
This rosemary originates from Spain.
The benefits of rosemary oil on the body: Rosemary with the camphor chemotype is most effective for joint and muscle problems. It restores circulation (when working in a static position). It has antispasmodic and analgesic properties (after exercise, injuries, joint and muscle pain, and intestinal dyskinesia). Ideal for massage for athletes. It has active regenerative properties. Anti-inflammatory, it quickly regenerates tissue (arthritis, neuralgia, sprains, wounds, cuts). It is an expectorant, a strong mucolytic, and decongestant, supporting the immune system (colds, nasal congestion, coughs, and flu).
An antioxidant. It influences cholesterol synthesis. It improves vascular tone and cardiac function (due to camphor). It tones the vascular wall more effectively than rosemary of other chemotypes (for varicose veins). It is an antimicrobial, antifungal, and antibacterial agent in cosmetology (for acne, psoriasis, dandruff, seborrhea, and oily scalp). For dull skin and alopecia (hair loss), it promotes hair growth by improving microcirculation. It is used in lice treatments (for pediculosis).
Emotional benefits: Rosemary oil promotes concentration, clarity of thought, and mental acuity. It helps maintain alertness. It invigorates and refreshes, increasing productivity. It restores vitality and supports stressful situations. Rosemary is a good choice for long-distance riding and prolonged exercise. It has a neuroprotective effect, inhibiting acetylcholinesterase and ibutyrylcholinesterase, thereby restoring levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter of the parasympathetic nervous system. This provides potential for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative brain diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease).
In perfumery: middle notes. Pairs well with citrus essences (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, mandarin), and essential oils of basil, niaouli, petitgrain, clary sage, eucalyptus, hyssop, cypress, juniper, peppermint, pine, fennel, savory, fennel, clove, frankincense, neroli, geranium, lavender, marjoram, palmarosa, black pepper, oregano, ginger, ylang-ylang, cedar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
